Hong Kong

by Ted

I mentioned this morning that Jenna fell asleep under the table. The nap definitely did her good and she remained in a good mood and was upbeat throughout the day and train ride.

Quinn didn’t have nearly as good a night and her morning nap was not nearly long enough. She cried through most of our two-hour-long train ride. She was tired and it didn’t seem like anything quite made her happy. Unfortunately, the train was a little too unfamiliar for her and her sister to fall asleep and nap. Thankfully, both girls are now fast asleep for the night. They had there bedtime bottles of milk and I think both girls were out in less than 30 seconds after we put them down.

Tomorrow we fly home. The entire trip is about 22 hours. I know this is going to be the most challenging part of our journey. Hopefully, we can all get a good nights rest before our bright and early start tomorrow morning.

You have done an amazing job documenting your trip! Was it difficult to find your Hoyle in HK once you got off the train? How about picking up your luggage there? Prayers to you for a safe and uneventful final leg of travel. We think of you every day. (PS – We leave Tuesday)

I pray your trip home goes well and that you are all able to sleep on the plane. You’re almost HOME!!
